MEET PIERRE LIEBENBERG
Pierre graduated from JHB university in 1991 with a Bachelor of Industrial Psychology. In 1997 he completed Post Graduate studies majoring in Business Management & Strategic HRM before going on to complete further post graduate studies in 2002 and 2007 from RMIT. He is a member of Change Management Institute of Australia.
Pierre is a founding partner with Leadership and Change Solutions (LCS) and has worked internationally for over 25 years across both private and public sectors. His experience includes HRM, Change & Transformation, OD & Leadership Development in industries including; utilities, manufacturing, health, human services, finance.
Pierre is an accredited HBDI practitioner a particular interest in Whole Brain Thinking. He is also a REACH (people and capability) practitioner and has a passion for working with people centered leaders on identifying and developing their organizational human capital.
Building enduring and meaningful relationships is the core of our philosophy – one which is close to his heart and evident in his approach. Pierre continues to be inspired by Jim Collins’s “Good to Great”, and he continues to be involved with career decision coaching to help people find their “bliss”
